       宋军，1990年毕业于清华大学工程力学系，获清华大学工学博士学位，研究员。1996年起曾任清华大学与企业合作委员会副主任、清华大学科技开发部主任、清华大学企业集团总裁、清华控股有限公司总裁等职务。现任清华大学副秘书长、清华控股有限公司董事长。

Prof. Song Jun, graduated from the Department of Engineering Mechanics of Tsinghua University in 1990 and obtained Ph.D.degree in Engineering. From 1996, Prof. Song started to serve as Deputy Director of Enterprise Cooperation Committee of Tsinghua University, Director of Science and Technology Development of Tsinghua University, President of Tsinghua Enterprises Group and Presidenf of Tsinghua Holdings Co. Ltd. At present, he is serving as the Deputy Secretary-General of Tsinghua University and Chairman of Tsinghua Holdings Co., Ltd.

It is on the basis of consolidation of science & technology industry of Tsinghua University and approved by the State Council.
