李卓桓1997 入学，1998 年创立教育网知名网站zixia.net，1999 年至2001 年服务于ChinaRen.com（后被SoHu.com 收购），2001 年创立阿卡信息技术公司，致力于互联网信息安全技术。2005 年加入视频分享网站优酷网创业，担任首席科学家，全面负责产品技术工作。

李卓桓还曾任水木清华BBS 站长，并在1998 年创立zixia BBS 运营至今，有丰富的社区管理、运营经验。

2001 年出版《Linux 网络编程》，2006 年出版《反垃圾邮件完全手册》。

Mr.Li, Started studying in Tsinghua University in 1997, Founded the famous campus community bbs.zixia.net in 1998, and became the System Operator of Tsinghua BBS at the same year. From 1999 to 2001, he was active as Network Engineer with ChinaRen.com(Later SoHu.com). Then he founded AKA Technology in 2001, actived as the CEO since then. From 2005 to 2007, he was active as Chief Scientist with YouKu.com, response for Technology & Product team. Mr.Li has rich experiences in information technology and networking security, deep understanding in social networking, network operation and related domain.

Mr. Li has published two books: <<Linux Network Programing>> in 2001, and <<Email Anti-Spamming Manual>> in 2006.
